Why group sessions?

Group hypnotherapy sessions are a low cost way of helping your staff stop smoking.

Either I can come to your company premises or your staff can attend one of my offices.

Sessions can be arranged for as few as 5 people

How effective will the sessions be?

Group sessions can't be tapered to the individual client in the same way that one-to-one sessions can, so one-to-one sessions tend to have greater success. Having said that, hypnosis has been shown to be the most effective way to stop smoking. However the success will always depend on the level of motivation that your staff have. Provided they want to stop smoking, and that they want to stop for themselves, then they have a good chance of success.

One session could be all that's needed to stop smoking for good!

Suggestion hypnosis has been shown to have a success rate that is more successful than just using nicotine patches or gum, and without the nasty side effects! However I'll be using more than just suggestion hypnosis in the group sessions. I'll be using hypnotherapeutic techniques (including hypnosis, NLP and compounding) similar to those I use with my one-to-one clients in Harley Street to help your staff succeed as non-smokers. Each participant will also get a professionally recorded stop smoking support cd to listen to after the session.

The session itself will be about 2 hours long. The first part will explain about hypnosis and stopping smoking and the second part will be an actual hypnotherapy session.

How much will it cost?

From as little at £375 for a group of 5 people

- If your staff are coming to my office then the fee per person (for a group of 5 or more) is £75 per person.

- if you would like me to attend your offices to conduct the session there would be a minimum charge of £750.

Terms & Conditions

Sessions need to be prepaid. Once you have booked you may change the date of the session by emailing stopsmoking@hypnoticsolutions.co.uk. However we require a minimum of 48 hours notice - failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment.

Please note: If a staff member is either epileptic or schizophrenic they should consult their medical practitioner before having hypnotherapy as these conditions are contra-indicated for hypnotherapy.
