Why group sessions?

Are you a smoker who wants to quit smoking but are not sure whether a one-to-one hypnotherapy session is right for you? Well you now you have an option.have a choice.

Find 4 or more other people who would like to stop smoking with you and you can attend a group stop smoking session in Harley Street or at our North London office. The fee per person would be just just £75 per person and includes a support cd to help you succeed as a non-smoker.

How effective will the sessions be?

Group sessions can't be tapered to the individual client in the same way that one-to-one sessions can, so one-to-one sessions tend to have greater success. Having said that, hypnosis has been shown to be the most effective way to stop smoking. The success will always depend on the level of motivation. Provided you want to stop smoking, and that you want to stop for yourself and not because someone else wants you to, then you have a good chance of success.

One session could be all you need to stop smoking for good!

Suggestion hypnosis has been shown to have a success rate that is more successful than just using nicotine patches or gum, and without the nasty side effects! However I'll be using more than just suggestion hypnosis in the group sessions. I'll be using hypnotherapeutic techniques (including hypnosis, NLP and compounding) similar to those I use with my one-to-one clients in Harley Street to help you succeed as a non-smoker. You'll also get a professionally recorded support cd for you to listen to after the session.

The session itself will be about 2 hours long. The first part will explain about hypnosis and stopping smoking and the second part will be the hypnotherapy.

Terms & Conditions

Once you have booked your place you may change the date of the session by emailing stopsmoking@hypnoticsolutions.co.uk. However we require a minimum of 48 hours notice - failure to do so may result in the loss of your payment.

If after attending a group session you feel that you'd like to attend a 'Stop Smoking In One Hour' one-to-one session with me then you will get £50 off the full one-to-one session price of £295. To take advantage of this you'd need to contact us within 3 months of attending a group stop smoking session.
