Stop Smoking in One Hour. Brian Jacobs uses a special method that combines hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Hypnotherapy had been shown to have the highest success rate for smoking cessation - more effective than nicotine gum, nicotine patches or zyban.
